Protecting Our Most Valuable Assets—Our Employees

Applied Service Corp has a well-established Health & Safety Program focused on protecting workers and the public we serve, reducing workplace accidents while complying with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926, NIOSH, as well as NJ Department of Transportation requirements. We also prepare and implement site-specific Health & Safety Plans for our remediation projects. Our commitment to safety begins at the top and is incorporated into all aspects of our operations. Employees are certified in OSHA 40-hour Hazardous Waste Site Operations, and receive annual 8-hour OSHA in-house refresher classes at our facility. We also perform impromptu “Toolbox Safety Talks” on our projects, to ensure that our employees stay alert and recognize site-specific hazards.
