Their pricing was fair and competitive, and they gave me the schedule and adhered to it without any deviation or excuses. They laid out the process, they followed it every step of the way and provided guidance and advise. All my questions were answered with knowledge and patience (Coreen, my guidance counselor). Rob and Joe, the first crew, came in for the tank removal, covered the sidewalk and did everything without digging an extra inch. The second crew, Stan and Mark, remediated the spill, reseeded the lawn and the plants and even left me with the instructions for lawn care.

Applied handled the sampling and the lab testing, they handled the paperwork and coordinated everything with Proguard and NJ EPA until the final 'no further action' letter has been issued.

"I called for an estimate for an oil tank removal, they came quickly and explained everything in detail. They said they also install aboveground tanks so I asked for that estimate as well. The same day I received both (2) estimates via email - Tank removal and tank removal with installation. I had 2 other estimates that were higher and not as thorough. They got all permits and stayed for inspections. They were really nice, polite, cleaned up very well for both jobs. The whole process was a breeze with them. I could not recommend them more and will refer them to everyone!"
